I've decided that this is the title
of the work I will produce
words and music by anonymous or a pseudonym

Based on the story of Tibet's Great Yogi Milarepa
and other material edited by Evans-Wentz

This idea won't let go
What is different now
is my chronicle
my paper
documentation
if you will

Granted and given
everyone is different
there's a whole bunch who can go from brain fart to sheet music, scores, and screen plays

It's not easy until it's easy

For now it's hard

Backdrop to master teaching should be
6 flowers demonstrating in part and whole
foundation training
and any other movement philosophy that will sponsor the production

ideally Dr.Stuart McGill of the University of Waterloo in Toronto would accept and provide the speaking role of the offstage speaker and whisperer [through recordings]
McGill would be interested in a legitimate expression of his ideas on movement
they fold into the story

 butterfly in sky
sound system can amplify breathing sounds with effects
blended with sounds of heart and hearts (as additional cast blends into scene)

silencing the breath
leads to the iron body
the iron body
silences the breath

silent breath can lead to a silent mind

a silent mind
connects with the spirit

Light and Sound

It is easy to say "look inside"
Impossible to say how to look inside

Easy to say "light and sound"

Only master can show light and sound
how master shows light and sound
master will only whisper in your ear

light and sound within common man
ordinary man will not find it

I've heard that there is always in the world
a master
one who can move others to see the light and hear sound
Not so easy finding master

I've heard there is a gateway to knock at
and I've heard to knock
and even where the door is

No one
not even master
can tell you how to knock
